GOD IS soooo...GOOD!
2009 Had it’s ups and downs for all of us just like every other year., but let me tell you, God is always good! Our ministry has grown, even though our country is in much turmoil. The U.S. Stock Market and our economy may be in crisis, but God is bigger than any of man’s institutions! He is always faithful, and blesses those who are faithful to Him. Whitebird Ministries intends to continue in our calling from God as He leads us, no matter what happens. Until He shows us differently, we will continue to spread the Gospel.
WHITEBIRD MINISTRIES INC.
We have been in this ministry now for more than 11 years! August 1, 2010 was our 11 year anniversary. We are a 501-C3, tax-exempt corporation.
Our ministry travels nation-wide every year to churches, prisons, rescue missions, street ministries, fairs, drug and alcohol rehab facilities and wherever the Lord opens the door for us to brag on our Heavenly Father.
We are a “Cross-denominational” ministry, which simply means that we really don’t care what the church sign says. We believe denomination is primarily the product of man’s interpretation of the scriptures, not necessarily the result of the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. Now, that is not to say that denominations are all bad, or completely wrong in their teachings, but they can’t all be right either. Ask yourself this question: Would Jesus go into any church and teach the truth? How about the Apostles? It’s important to remember, Jesus said, “No man comes unto the Father except through Me.” John 14:6
When He made this declaration there was not a church in existence! The Church age had not even begun. We believe an individual can come to Jesus in many of the existing denominations, as long as, they hold to and preach the truth. Paul preached everywhere knowing that his radically new grace message wouldn’t always be accepted. Likewise, we are willing to minister in any church, and any venue, but we will never compromise the truth of the Gospel.
Obviously, we don’t expect to line up on every point of doctrine in every church we visit, but we try to focus on the main thing, and that is to try to be an instrument in God’s hands to: 1. bring people to a saving faith in Jesus Christ. 2. encourage people to search the scriptures for themselves so they can discover God’s purpose for their lives, and 3. encourage them to develop a closer relationship with Him, which is why He saves us in the first place. God has a plan for those who trust Him. Jeremiah 29:11-13
Our only mission is to present Jesus and His radical, life-changing grace.
Therefore, we are very excited about the coming year and all of our opportunities from God to meet and make new friends all across America!
Please pray for us as we share the “too good to be true GOOD NEWS,” Pray for our health. Judy and I are both dieting and trying to get into better health. My diabetes is better as I’ve lost some weight. As of the printing of this letter, we are still praying for a road-worthy motorhome. It’s been a long time coming but we know God will provide one way or another. We had a wonderful year and were able to see God’s grace work in many lives across America in 2009. Many had their lives changed forever as they gave their hearts to Him. We enjoyed seeing our friends and supporters from coast to coast this past year and we look forward to seeing many of them again in 2010. January through April will take us from Oklahoma though Texas, Arizona, Nevada and California. Then, we will be home for our only son’s (Travis) wedding to Maria on May 1st. God is Good!

It would takes reams of paper to tell of all of the instances where individuals and churches have so generously met the various needs of our ministry since we began by faith nearly eight years ago in a Lumina Mini Van. THE FAMILY BUSINESS
One of the great benefits of working in our Father's wonderful family business is that we are heirs and joint-heirs with Jesus to the Kingdom! If you're a Christian, you should realize that you have a unique role only God could design you for in His family business. The blessings are too numerous to count. So, what are you waiting for? Let me encourage you to give yourself completely to your rich, eternal inheritance! When you're a son or daughter in the family business, you're not hired help. You don't just "show up to put your time in" because you don't work by the hour. You show up on the job as early as it takes, do whatever it takes, and stay as long as it takes to make your inheritance prosper. Serve like it belongs to you, because it does, for eternity!
